Amelia Bravata-Waller
Amelia has been a Partner at Twin Electrical Solutions since 2022. After years of watching her husband dedicate himself to the electrical trade, she was inspired to launch her own business as an electrical contractor. A proud member of the IBEW, Amelia is currently working toward obtaining her local contractor’s license.
In her role, Amelia oversees the company’s financial performance, project pipeline, and overall business operations. She regularly reviews project bids, leads manpower meetings, and helps shape the strategic direction of Twin Electrical Solutions. Her leadership and attention to detail play a key role in driving the company’s continued growth and success.
Jon Burns
Jon has been a Partner at Twin Electrical Solutions since 2025. A dedicated member of the IBEW for over a decade, he brings extensive experience from his supervisory roles with some of the region’s largest electrical contractors.
As Project Manager, Jon oversees the successful execution of each project he leads—ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence are integral to the continued growth and reputation of Twin Electrical Solutions.
Phil Waller
Phil has been a Project Manager at Twin Electrical Solutions since 2023. A proud member of the IBEW for over 15 years, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. Over the course of his career, Phil has held supervisory positions with several of the region’s top electrical contractors and served as a foreman at a naval facility for multiple years.
Phil works closely with both field teams and clients to ensure each project he oversees is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. His practical expertise and commitment to quality make him a trusted leader within the Twin Electrical Solutions team.
Noah Fallon
Noah has been with Twin Electrical Solutions since 2023, serving as the company’s Estimator. With over a decade of experience in insurance estimating, he brings exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail to every project.
Noah is dedicated to producing precise, competitive bids that help Twin Electrical Solutions maintain its reputation for accuracy and reliability. His expertise ensures each proposal is both cost-effective and aligned with the company’s commitment to quality workmanship.
